Organize your week, one activity at a time
Your guide to WeekFolio
Track your week. Own your time.
Most people don't know where their time goes. Hours slip into meetings, tasks blend into each other, and by Friday it's hard to remember what actually got done. WeekFolio was built to fix that — not with complicated dashboards or heavy apps, but with one simple idea: write down what you did each day, and let the week tell its own story.
When you log your activities consistently, patterns emerge. You see which tasks eat up the most time, which days are productive, and where your energy actually goes. That awareness is the first step toward doing better — not working more, but working with intention.
It's easy to feel busy all day and still wonder what you actually accomplished. WeekFolio turns vague feelings into concrete numbers. When you see that three hours went to emails and only forty minutes went to deep work, the picture becomes clear. That's when real decisions become possible.
One productive Tuesday doesn't tell you much. But four productive Tuesdays in a row? That's a pattern worth protecting. WeekFolio helps you notice what works and what keeps slipping — not through complicated analytics, but simply by letting your week speak for itself.
Every Sunday at 6 PM, WeekFolio unlocks five reflection questions designed to help you look back honestly. What went well? What wasted time? What should change? It takes five minutes, and it's the kind of small habit that compounds into a different year entirely.
There are no streaks, no reminders, no guilt trips. WeekFolio doesn't shout at you for missing a day. It just sits quietly, ready when you are. Past weeks lock themselves automatically so you can't rewrite history — only learn from it.
Click the + button on any day. Enter what you did, the time you started, and when you finished. Give it a category — Work, Study, Exercise, anything that makes sense to you.
Once you've logged a few days, open the Analytics page from the top navigation. You'll see a clear breakdown of where your time went, organized by activity and category.
Use the day and category filters in Analytics to zoom in on specific areas. Compare weeks. Spot the gaps. Small adjustments add up to a more intentional week.
Organize your activities day by day, Monday through Sunday. Each day is expandable — keep it clean or dive in.
Log start and end times. WeekFolio calculates duration and warns you about overlaps so your logs stay accurate.
Use whatever categories fit your life. Each one gets a unique color automatically so your data stays visually clear.
See your time as a bar chart. Filter by day or category. Export it as a PNG to share or keep for yourself.
Past weeks are automatically archived. You can always look back, but never accidentally edit old data.
A clean dropdown menu in the top right lets you jump between pages without clutter. One tap, one switch.
Every Sunday at 6 PM, five thoughtful questions unlock to help you reflect on your week — what worked, what didn't, and what to carry forward.
